FIRST STEP OF DOUBLE CLEANSING

Clearance Cleansing removes makeup and oily surface impurities. Always follow it with a second-stage cleanser, such as Re-purerance Wash or Creamy Wash, and rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use it on its own.

FORMULA WITH SQUALANE

Squalane and glycerin complement the softening cleansing formula. It helps remove accumulated impurities while maintaining comfort after cleansing.

WHO IT IS FOR

For various skin types, particularly when removing makeup or oily impurities. Use carefully on very oily, sensitive or actively irritated skin, taking individual skin condition into account.

Precautions: do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Protect from direct sunlight and store at room temperature.

Evening – first cleansing step

1. With dry fingertips, apply a small amount to dry facial skin.
2. Massage gently in circular movements.
3. Follow with Re-purerance Wash or Creamy Wash.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Important: do not use Clearance Cleansing as your sole cleanser.

Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected destination country and are displayed after entering the delivery address.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional import duties and other local taxes, which are payable by the customer.

Delivery prices within Lithuania

• Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an LP Express parcel locker costs €1.75.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs €2.90.
• Delivery by Omniva courier costs €3.50.
• Collection from the Beža Familia salon is free of charge. The salon is located at Sporto St. 8, Vilnius.

Delivery within Lithuania

Orders are delivered throughout Lithuania within 2–4 business days.

Orders selected for collection from the salon can normally be collected on the day after the order is placed. We will always contact you by email or phone when your order is ready.

You may be asked to present a valid identity document when collecting your order.

Notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase of non-faulty goods within 14 calendar days of receipt; you then have a further 14 days to send or hand them back. If one order arrives separately, the notice period starts after the last item is received.

A clear email to administracija@beza.lt is sufficient, or submit a request in your account if available for the order. A particular form or reason for returning non-faulty goods is not required.

Goods may be examined carefully and briefly tried on where no lawful hygiene exception applies. Necessary packaging opening is not by itself a reason to refuse a return. Wearing, washing, contamination or unnecessary damage may cause evidenced diminished value. An exchange requires mutual agreement and stock availability and does not replace a lawful refund.

The buyer pays direct return shipping for non-faulty goods if informed before purchase. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods follow a separate procedure.

Before sending goods back: coordinate the return with our administration. If possible, email photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. The assessment is preliminary and does not restrict statutory rights or extend the dispatch deadline. You do not need to duplicate an account request by email.
