Yes. You can purchase items as a guest.

How do I cancel or adjust an order for goods?

How do I know if the purchase was successful?

I provided the wrong phone number in my order, can I change it?

If you provide an incorrect phone number, the courier will not be able to contact you for delivery, and if you have selected terminal pickup, you will not receive an SMS with the door code. If you see an error, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

I received the wrong goods, what should I do?

I received a parcel, but it does not contain all the ordered items, what should I do?

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Delivery time depends on the chosen order method. However, we try to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so the vast majority of orders arrive within 2-4 days.

Why haven't I received my package yet?
