A luxurious handmade soap with hydrolyzed placenta and aloe vera extracts, suitable for all skin types. Provides deep cleansing and a feeling of purity and smoothness.
-YUKOBI Skin Conditioner – High-Concentration Hydrating Lotion with Placenta
This lotion quickly replenishes the skin with moisture, helps relax the skin after a stressful day, and prepares it for cream application. Enriched with minerals that mimic physiological solution, allowing the skin to easily absorb active ingredients. It deeply hydrates, improves elasticity and skin tone, supports regeneration, and reduces redness.

Usage

1. Cleansing – Crystal Soap Moisten your hands and the soap with warm water. Lather it between your palms and apply the foam to your face. Gently massage, then rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry. 2. CELABIO CO₂ Foaming Mask (can be used as a second step or as needed) Apply to clean, freshly washed skin. Spread the gel mask evenly over the face. After a few moments, it will begin to foam into a soft lather. Leave on for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. 3. Toning – YUKOBI Skin Conditioner Apply the toner onto your palms or a cotton pad and spread over the face, eye area, neck, and décolleté. Gently massage until absorbed. 4. Serum – YUKOBI Pure Essence Apply a small amount of serum to the face, eye area, and lips. Gently pat until fully absorbed. 5. Cream – YUKOBI Moisture Cream Gently pat a small amount of cream into the skin, focusing on the eye area and dry zones.

Delivery of goods

Delivery price in Lithuania

  • When purchasing goods for 100 EUR or more, delivery is free (goods are delivered to a parcel machine).
  • For purchases up to EUR 100, the delivery price to an Omniva parcel terminal is EUR 2.90.
  • Delivery of goods using Omniva courier service - 3.50 Eur.
  • Pick-up at Beza Familia salon – free of charge. Beza Familia salon at Sporto g. 8, Vilnius

Delivery of goods in Lithuania

  • Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania within 2 - 4 days
  • If you order in-store pickup, you can usually pick up your order the next day after placing your order, but we will always contact you by email or phone.
  • When picking up the goods, we will ask you to provide an identification document.

Delivery of goods abroad

  • Baltic countries (LV, EE) ~2–4 days
  • Further European countries ~10–15 days

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

In the cases and in accordance with the procedure established in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, and in other legal acts, the Buyer - a natural person, has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded remotely and return the high-quality and low-quality goods purchased in the online store to the Seller.

The Buyer has the right to refuse to return the goods by notifying the Seller of this by filling out the return form (by e-mail to administracija@beza.lt, indicating the desired product to be returned and its order number) or by a clear free-form statement no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item, except in cases where the product cannot be refused under the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. This right may be exercised only by the Buyer who, in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, is recognized as a consumer, i.e. a natural person who seeks to conclude or concludes contracts for purposes unrelated to his business, trade, craft or profession (for consumption purposes). The Buyer must send the goods to the Seller immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date of submission of the notice of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller. In such a case, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

Quality goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following requirements:

  • The product packaging must not be damaged, the product itself must not be damaged or used;
  • The product must be presented in the original manufacturer's packaging and must not have lost its commercial appearance;
  • The item must remain with all manufacturer labels.

Exchanged or returned potentially defective goods must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must not be damaged or used;
  • The product must not have lost its marketable appearance;
  • The item must remain with all manufacturer labels.

Product return process:

  • The exchanged or returned item must be delivered to the address Sporto g. 8, Vilnius. It can be sent by courier, mail, or delivered in person during business hours to the specified address.
  • The returned item must be accompanied by a "Request for Product Exchange or Refund" and a document proving the purchase at the "Beza" store (VAT invoice or Cashier's receipt).
  • Upon receiving the exchanged or returned product, the "Beza" administrator undertakes to inform the customer within 10 working days whether the product met the exchange/return criteria. If the exchanged/returned product meets these criteria, the "Beza" administrator undertakes to replace the product or refund the money paid for it.
  • In cases where goods are exchanged, “Beza” undertakes to exchange the exchanged item for any other item(s) whose value does not exceed the exchanged item. If a price difference occurs during the exchange, the Customer must pay the price difference. The price difference is paid by transfer to the specified “Beza” bank account. The Buyer may exchange for an item that is currently available for sale in the “Beza” online store assortment.
  • In the event of a return of the product due to inadequate quality, the transportation/shipping costs are paid by the Seller.

The Customer expresses a request to return the product by e-mail: administration @beza.lt , by sending a completed and signed scanned "Return Form" (which you can print HERE ) or by sending it together with a registered parcel.

If the buyer, when purchasing the product, used the opportunity to pick up the product at the "Beza" salon, he can deliver the returned product to the salon himself, during the salon's working hours. In all cases, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product that occurs due to actions that are not necessary to determine the properties and quality of the product.

After returning the item or receiving evidence from the Buyer that the item has been sent, the money will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
