YUKOBI Moisture Gel - restorative cream-gel for face with placenta, 35 g

Contains a high concentration of moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and skin-brightening components. Thanks to its advanced production technology, this gel is quickly absorbed into the deepest layers of the skin and does not leave a sticky feeling.

It does not contain oils, is easily absorbed, does not leave a greasy film. It quickly creates a feeling of comfort, reduces skin sensitivity and moisturizes.

This gel is recommended for normal, oily, problematic, acne-prone skin, and skin with red rashes to soothe it.

-Hydrolyzed peptides contain a complex of biologically active components: amino acids, minerals, nucleic acids, enzymes. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, deeply moisturizes the skin, activates regeneration processes, ensures facial skin tightening, smoothing wrinkles, reduced pigmentation, and stimulates hidden skin reserves.
-Hyaron hydrolysate contains many active peptides, mucopolysaccharides (hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, etc.), amino acids and vitamins, which help to achieve excellent results. Hyaluronic acid hydrolysate is valued much better than hyaluronic acid, which is obtained synthetically, because the hyaluronic acid contained in hyaron has innate properties characteristic of a living organism. Deeply moisturizes and nourishes, reduces wrinkles, pigmentation, improves skin metabolism.
-Swallow cherry extract is an effective functional ingredient with pronounced anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and keratolytic effects.
-Japanese loquat extract is a natural component with antiseptic, bleaching, healing, and softening effects.
-Lemon extract – a natural component with antibacterial, antiseptic, and toning effects. Brightens the skin, eliminating dark circles under the eyes.
Perilla extract is a valuable source of fatty acids, effectively reduces inflammation, redness, and soothes itching.
-White mulberry root extract is a component with strong therapeutic power. It ensures healthy and radiant skin, protects it from premature aging. It has impressive brightening power, reduces the appearance of age spots, and normalizes metabolic processes in the deep layers of the epidermis.
Pueraria root extract is a wonderful component, also called a female hormone analogue, that rejuvenates the skin at the DNA level, increases skin firmness, reduces wrinkles, and brightens.
-Aloe vera leaf extract is an ideal ingredient for moisturizing oily skin, does not clog pores and does not give the skin excessive shine.

Use in the morning and/or evening on clean face, neck and décolleté skin. Pat the gel into the skin with light movements. To enhance the effect of the gel, it is necessary to use the pure essence of peptides Pure Essence before the gel. It can also be used as a restorative mask after applying it several times and keeping it for 10-20 minutes.

In the cases and in accordance with the procedures established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, and other applicable legislation, a Buyer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract and return to the Seller goods of satisfactory or unsatisfactory quality purchased from the online store.

Pursuant to the above legislation, the Customer has the right, within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the goods, to return goods of satisfactory quality purchased from the “Beža” online store and receive a refund of the amount paid, or to exchange the goods for other similar products.

Requirements for the Exchange or Return of Goods of Satisfactory Quality

Goods of satisfactory quality must be returned within 14 days and must meet the following requirements:

• The product packaging must not be damaged, and the product itself must not be damaged or used.
  
• The product must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging and must retain its original, saleable appearance.
  
• All original manufacturer’s labels must remain attached to the product.
  

Requirements for the Exchange or Return of Goods Suspected of Being Defective

Goods suspected of being defective must meet the following requirements:

• The product must not be damaged or used.
  
• The product must retain its original, saleable appearance.

Product Warranty

The Seller confirms that it is responsible for the sale of goods ordered from the Store, the proper delivery and quality of the purchased goods, proper compliance with the return conditions, and the exercise of any other rights and obligations of the Seller prescribed by applicable legislation.

The Buyer may submit claims concerning discrepancies in the product assortment, such as missing parts or discrepancies in colours or shades, within a reasonable period and in accordance with the procedure established in Articles 6.331–6.632 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer may submit a claim regarding the quality of a product within two years from the date on which the product was received under the statutory guarantee, unless the Seller provides a longer guarantee period for the particular product under a commercial guarantee. Where a commercial guarantee applies to a particular product, the Seller will specify this in the product description in the online store.

To exercise the rights established in this section, the Buyer must notify the Seller of any non-conformity of the product with the applicable quality requirements no later than three months from the date on which the non-conformity was discovered.

Where applicable legislation establishes a specific shelf life or expiry date for particular goods, the Seller undertakes to clearly indicate that date and to sell such goods to the Buyer in a manner that provides the Buyer with a genuine opportunity to use them before the end of their shelf life or expiry date.

Product Return Procedure

The product to be exchanged or returned must be delivered to the following address:

The product may be sent by courier or post, or delivered in person to the above address during business hours.

The returned product must be accompanied by a completed Product Exchange or Return Request and a document confirming that the product was purchased from “Beža”, such as a VAT invoice or cash receipt.

Upon receipt of a product submitted for exchange or return, the “Beža” administrator undertakes to inform the Customer within 10 business days whether the product meets the applicable exchange or return criteria. Where the product meets these criteria, the “Beža” administrator will exchange the product or refund the amount paid for it.

Where a product is exchanged, “Beža” will exchange it for any other product or products with a value not exceeding the value of the original product. Where the replacement product or products have a higher value, the Customer must pay the difference in price. The price difference must be paid by bank transfer to the bank account specified by “Beža”. The Buyer may exchange the product for any product that is available for sale in the “Beža” online store at the time of the exchange.

Where a product is returned due to defective or otherwise unsatisfactory quality, the Seller will bear the transportation or shipping costs.

The Customer must notify the Seller of their intention to return a product by email at administracija@beza.lt, attaching a completed, signed and scanned copy of the Return Form, which may be printed HERE, or by including the completed form with the returned product sent by registered post.

Where the Buyer chose to collect the product from the “Beža” showroom at the time of purchase, the Buyer may return the product to the showroom in person during its business hours.

In all cases, the Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and quality of the product.

Return of a Product Suspected of Being Defective

Once the product has been returned, or once the Seller has received evidence from the Buyer confirming that the product has been dispatched, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 business days.
