    Main active ingredients:
    • 5% Pure Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) – a powerful antioxidant that stimulates collagen production, brightens the skin, fights pigmentation, protects against free radicals and gives the skin a natural glow.
    • Licorice root extract – soothes sensitive skin, reduces redness and gives an even tone.
    • Arbutin – effectively lightens pigment spots and prevents the appearance of new ones, inhibits melanin synthesis, protects against UV rays and has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
    • Hyaluronic acid – deeply moisturizes and maintains skin elasticity.
    • Vitamin complex (A, B3, B5, E) – strengthens the skin's protective functions, regenerates and improves texture.
    • Retinol (vitamin A) – reduces fine wrinkles, improves skin tone, strengthens capillary walls, protects against the effects of toxins and prevents the formation of age spots.
    • Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – regulates sebum secretion, reduces pores and smoothes the skin surface, reduces signs of photo-aging, and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.
    • Panthenol (vitamin B5) – accelerates the healing of microcracks and soothes irritated skin.
    • Tocopherol (vitamin E) – improves microcirculation, activates skin regeneration and protects against premature aging.
    • Allantoin – soothes, softens and promotes skin regeneration.
    • Glycyrrhizic acid – reduces redness, inflammation, soothes and softens the skin, and helps prevent age spots.

    Product delivery

    Delivery cost in Lithuania

    • For orders of €100 or more – free delivery (orders are delivered to a parcel locker).
    • For orders under €100, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs €2.90.
    • Delivery via Omniva courier service – €3.50.
    • Pick-up at the Beža Familia salon is free of charge: Beža Familia salon, Sporto g. 8, Vilnius.

    Product delivery in Lithuania

    • Orders are delivered throughout Lithuania within 2–4 business days.
    • If you choose to pick up your order at the salon, it can usually be collected the next day after placing the order. We will always contact you by email or phone beforehand.
    • When collecting your order, you will be asked to present a valid identity document.

    International delivery

    • Baltic States (LV, EE): ~2–4 business days
    • Poland (PL): ~5–7 business days
    • Scandinavia (DK, NO, SE): ~7–10 business days
    • Finland: ~7–10 business days
    • Other European countries: ~10–15 business days

    PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

    Under the cases and procedure established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, and other legal acts, the Buyer — a natural person — has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase-sale agreement and return quality or defective goods purchased in the online store to the Seller.

    The Buyer has the right to return goods by notifying the Seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item, except in cases where the goods cannot be returned under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer may notify the Seller by completing the return form and sending it by email to administracija@beza.lt, indicating the product they wish to return and the order number, or by submitting a clear free-form statement.

    This right may only be exercised by a Buyer who, under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, is considered a consumer — that is, a natural person entering into or seeking to enter into contracts for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft, or profession.

    The Buyer must send the goods back to the Seller without delay and no later than within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal from the agreement was submitted to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

    Quality goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following requirements:

    The product packaging must not be damaged, and the product itself must not be damaged or used.

    The product must be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging and must not have lost its saleable appearance.

    The product must retain all manufacturer labels.

    Potentially defective goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following requirements:

    The product must not be damaged or used.

    The product must not have lost its saleable appearance.

    The product must retain all manufacturer labels.

    Return procedure:

    The product being exchanged or returned must be delivered to the following address: Sporto g. 8, Vilnius. It may be sent by courier, by post, or delivered in person during working hours to the indicated address.

    The returned product must be accompanied by a “Product Exchange or Return Request” and a document confirming the purchase from the “Beža” store, such as a VAT invoice or cash receipt order.

    After receiving the product for exchange or return, the “Beža” administrator undertakes to inform the customer within 10 business days whether the product meets the exchange/return criteria. If the product meets these criteria, the “Beža” administrator undertakes to exchange the product or refund the amount paid for it.

    In cases where goods are exchanged, “Beža” undertakes to replace the product with any other product(s) whose value does not exceed the value of the product being exchanged. If a price difference arises during the exchange, the Customer must pay the difference. The price difference must be paid by bank transfer to the specified “Beža” bank account. The Buyer may exchange the product for any product currently available for sale in the “Beža” online store assortment.

    In the case of returning goods due to improper quality, transportation/shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

    The Customer must express their wish to return a product by email at administracija@beza.lt by sending a completed and signed scanned “Return Form” (which can be printed HERE) or by sending it together with the registered parcel.

    If the Buyer used the option to collect the product at the “Beža” salon when purchasing it, they may deliver the returned product to the salon in person during the salon’s working hours.

    In all cases, the Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from actions that were not necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and quality.

    After the product is returned, or after receiving proof from the Buyer that the product was sent back within 14 business days, the money will be refunded to your account.
