DESIGNED FOR HAIR
Senpatsu is associated with washing hair. The fluffy Fuwafuwa terry surface helps absorb moisture left in your hair, while the 100 cm length makes it convenient to wrap around your head.

ABSORBENCY
The manufacturer reports approximately five times the water absorption rate and capacity of a conventional towel made in Japan. This is a comparison provided by the manufacturer; it does not mean that hair drying time will be reduced fivefold. Removing more moisture with the towel may shorten the time needed for blow-drying.

ODOUR-REDUCING FINISH
The fabric has a plant-derived finish based on peony extract, which helps reduce unpleasant odours.

Use: after washing, wrap your hair in the towel and press gently to allow the fabric to absorb moisture. Avoid vigorous rubbing.

Care:

1.Washing. We recommend using a laundry bag. Towels may shed lint during the first few washes, so wash them separately from other laundry. Coloured towels may release a little dye at first, so do not wash them with whites.

2.Fabric softeners and bleach. Use fabric softener sparingly: it coats the fibres and may reduce the towel’s ability to absorb water. In some products, it may also cause the fabric loops to pull out. Do not use bleach, as it may cause colours to fade.

3.Drying. Rinse the towel thoroughly and remove excess water. Do not leave it sitting after the spin cycle – shake it out to lift the fabric loops and hang it up to dry immediately. Dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area.

Delivery prices within Lithuania

• Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an LP Express parcel locker costs €1.75.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs €2.90.
• Delivery by Omniva courier costs €3.50.
• Collection from the Beža Familia salon is free of charge. The salon is located at Sporto St. 8, Vilnius.

Delivery within Lithuania

Orders are delivered throughout Lithuania within 2–4 business days.

Orders selected for collection from the salon can normally be collected on the day after the order is placed. We will always contact you by email or phone when your order is ready.

You may be asked to present a valid identity document when collecting your order.

Notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase of non-faulty goods within 14 calendar days of receipt; you then have a further 14 days to send or hand them back. If one order arrives separately, the notice period starts after the last item is received.

A clear email to administracija@beza.lt is sufficient, or submit a request in your account if available for the order. A particular form or reason for returning non-faulty goods is not required.

Goods may be examined carefully and briefly tried on where no lawful hygiene exception applies. Necessary packaging opening is not by itself a reason to refuse a return. Wearing, washing, contamination or unnecessary damage may cause evidenced diminished value. An exchange requires mutual agreement and stock availability and does not replace a lawful refund.

The buyer pays direct return shipping for non-faulty goods if informed before purchase. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods follow a separate procedure.

Before sending goods back: coordinate the return with our administration. If possible, email photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. The assessment is preliminary and does not restrict statutory rights or extend the dispatch deadline. You do not need to duplicate an account request by email.
