Product description
Japanese dietary supplement. Hokkaido Collagen Premium is unique because of two important things - quality and tradition, - this is how the team that created the dietary supplement from the Hokkaido region comments. Okinawa, part of the Japanese archipelago, is famous for the health of its inhabitants. We use only high-quality fish scales, and traditional Japanese multi-stage fermentation allows us to preserve the stability of fish collagen.
Hokkaido Collagen Premium is manufactured in Japan under strict quality control standards. It is certified by the Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association (JHNFA) as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) 167-B01-02, guaranteeing the safety of the product. The Japanese used a patented enzymatic hydrolysis technology, which helped create a unique - unprocessed, and hydrolyzed - broken down into smaller peptides and their chains, collagen. Usage
One course of use is designed for three weeks, i.e. 15 bottles of 20 ml. For the first 5 days, it is recommended to drink 1 bottle (20 ml) once a day, with a glass of water. Then take a two-day break and continue the course by taking 1 bottle (20 ml) per day, with a glass of water. After the second week of use, also take a two-day break and continue the course for another 5 days, taking 1 bottle (20 ml) per day, with a glass of water.
After consuming a three-week (N15) course (1 box), a 3-month break is recommended. After consuming 2 boxes, a 6-month break is recommended.
The food supplement is not intended for use by infants or children under 10 years of age who are breastfed or consume other foods containing N-acetyl-D-neuraminic acid within the same 24-hour period.
Collagen is suitable for both men and women. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Collagen food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Store in a dark place out of the reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.

Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery within Lithuania and to other European countries. For orders under €100, the delivery charge is calculated automatically after the delivery address has been entered.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
In the cases and in accordance with the procedures established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, and other applicable legislation, a Buyer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract and return to the Seller goods of satisfactory or unsatisfactory quality purchased from the online store.
Pursuant to the above legislation, the Customer has the right, within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the goods, to return goods of satisfactory quality purchased from the “Beža” online store and receive a refund of the amount paid, or to exchange the goods for other similar products.
Requirements for the Exchange or Return of Goods of Satisfactory Quality
Goods of satisfactory quality must be returned within 14 days and must meet the following requirements:
- The product packaging must not be damaged, and the product itself must not be damaged or used.
- The product must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging and must retain its original, saleable appearance.
- All original manufacturer’s labels must remain attached to the product.

Product Warranty
The Seller confirms that it is responsible for the sale of goods ordered from the Store, the proper delivery and quality of the purchased goods, proper compliance with the return conditions, and the exercise of any other rights and obligations of the Seller prescribed by applicable legislation.
The Buyer may submit claims concerning discrepancies in the product assortment, such as missing parts or discrepancies in colours or shades, within a reasonable period and in accordance with the procedure established in Articles 6.331–6.632 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Buyer may submit a claim regarding the quality of a product within two years from the date on which the product was received under the statutory guarantee, unless the Seller provides a longer guarantee period for the particular product under a commercial guarantee. Where a commercial guarantee applies to a particular product, the Seller will specify this in the product description in the online store.
To exercise the rights established in this section, the Buyer must notify the Seller of any non-conformity of the product with the applicable quality requirements no later than three months from the date on which the non-conformity was discovered.
Where applicable legislation establishes a specific shelf life or expiry date for particular goods, the Seller undertakes to clearly indicate that date and to sell such goods to the Buyer in a manner that provides the Buyer with a genuine opportunity to use them before the end of their shelf life or expiry date.
Product Return Procedure
The product to be exchanged or returned must be delivered to the following address:

The product may be sent by courier or post, or delivered in person to the above address during business hours.
The returned product must be accompanied by a completed Product Exchange or Return Request and a document confirming that the product was purchased from “Beža”, such as a VAT invoice or cash receipt.
Upon receipt of a product submitted for exchange or return, the “Beža” administrator undertakes to inform the Customer within 10 business days whether the product meets the applicable exchange or return criteria. Where the product meets these criteria, the “Beža” administrator will exchange the product or refund the amount paid for it.
Where a product is exchanged, “Beža” will exchange it for any other product or products with a value not exceeding the value of the original product. Where the replacement product or products have a higher value, the Customer must pay the difference in price. The price difference must be paid by bank transfer to the bank account specified by “Beža”. The Buyer may exchange the product for any product that is available for sale in the “Beža” online store at the time of the exchange.
Where a product is returned due to defective or otherwise unsatisfactory quality, the Seller will bear the transportation or shipping costs.
The Customer must notify the Seller of their intention to return a product by email at administracija@beza.lt, attaching a completed, signed and scanned copy of the Return Form, which may be printed HERE, or by including the completed form with the returned product sent by registered post.
Where the Buyer chose to collect the product from the “Beža” showroom at the time of purchase, the Buyer may return the product to the showroom in person during its business hours.
In all cases, the Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and quality of the product.
Return of a Product Suspected of Being Defective
Once the product has been returned, or once the Seller has received evidence from the Buyer confirming that the product has been dispatched, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 business days.
