Use of the multivitamin complex: when taking the supplement for the first time, take 3 tablets three times a day after meals, with water (a total of 9 tablets per day). The recommended maintenance course (when taking the supplement for the second and subsequent times) is 1 tablet three times a day after meals, with water (a total of 3 tablets per day). A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Store at room temperature, in a dry, cool, dark place out of the reach of children.

Collagen consumption: One course of consumption is for three weeks, i.e. 15 bottles of 20 ml. For the first 5 days, it is recommended to drink 1 bottle (20 ml) once a day with a glass of water. Then take a two-day break and continue the course by consuming 1 bottle (20 ml) per day with a glass of water. After the second week of use, also take a two-day break and continue the course for another 5 days, consuming 1 bottle (20 ml) per day with a glass of water. The food supplement is not intended for use by infants. The food supplement should not be used by infants, young children and children under 10 years of age who are breastfed or consume other foods containing N-acetyl-D-neuraminic acid during the same 24-hour period. Collagen is suitable for both men and women. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Collagen food supplement should not be used as a food substitute. Store in a dark place, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Collagen composition: hydrolyzed collagen (from fish), water, fructose syrup, pomegranate juice, N-acetyl-D-neuraminic acid, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acidity regulator citric acid, flavorings, resveratrol (from red wine extract).

Multivitamin complex composition: Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), oligosaccharides, milk thistle extract, Indian gooseberry juice powder, oyster extract (mussels), glazing agent shellac, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, astaxanthin from seaweed (Haematococcus pluvialis), dextrin, fermented extract of green coffee beans and sugar, thickener acacia gum, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol, tocotrienol), starch, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vegetable rapeseed oil, emulsifier polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, stabilizer sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional import duties and other local taxes, which are payable by the customer.

Delivery prices within Lithuania

• Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an LP Express parcel locker costs €1.75.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs €2.90.
• Delivery by Omniva courier costs €3.50.
• Collection from the Beža Familia salon is free of charge. The salon is located at Sporto St. 8, Vilnius.

Delivery within Lithuania

Orders are delivered throughout Lithuania within 2–4 business days.

Orders selected for collection from the salon can normally be collected on the day after the order is placed. We will always contact you by email or phone when your order is ready.

You may be asked to present a valid identity document when collecting your order.

Notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase of non-faulty goods within 14 calendar days of receipt; you then have a further 14 days to send or hand them back. If one order arrives separately, the notice period starts after the last item is received.

A clear email to administracija@beza.lt is sufficient, or submit a request in your account if available for the order. A particular form or reason for returning non-faulty goods is not required.

Goods may be examined carefully and briefly tried on where no lawful hygiene exception applies. Necessary packaging opening is not by itself a reason to refuse a return. Wearing, washing, contamination or unnecessary damage may cause evidenced diminished value. An exchange requires mutual agreement and stock availability and does not replace a lawful refund.

The buyer pays direct return shipping for non-faulty goods if informed before purchase. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods follow a separate procedure.

Before sending goods back: coordinate the return with our administration. If possible, email photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. The assessment is preliminary and does not restrict statutory rights or extend the dispatch deadline. You do not need to duplicate an account request by email.
