EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
"Beza Familia" establishes the procedure for exchanging and returning goods based on Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, Article 6.366 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania "Sale of goods under contracts concluded using means of communication", the Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001.".
Based on the specified documents, the Customer has the right to return the quality product(s) purchased in the online store "Beza" within 14 working days after the date of delivery of the goods and to recover the money paid for it(s) or to replace the product(s) with other similar products.
Goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following requirements:
The product packaging must not be damaged, the product itself must not be damaged or used;
The product must be presented in the original manufacturer's packaging and must not have lost its commercial appearance;
The item must remain with all manufacturer labels;
Based on the documents above, underwear is not exchangeable or returnable.
Product return process:
The exchanged or returned item must be delivered to the address Sporto g. 8, Vilnius. It can be sent by courier, mail, or delivered in person during business hours to the specified address.
The returned item must be accompanied by a "Request for Product Exchange or Refund" and a document proving the purchase at the "Beza" store (VAT invoice or Cashier's receipt).
Upon receiving the exchanged or returned product, the "Beza" administrator undertakes to inform the customer within 10 working days whether the product met the exchange/return criteria. If the exchanged/returned product meets these criteria, the "Beza" administrator undertakes to replace the product or refund the money paid for it.
In cases where goods are exchanged, “Beza” undertakes to exchange the exchanged item for any other item(s) whose value does not exceed the exchanged item. If a price difference occurs during the exchange, the Customer must pay the price difference. The price difference is paid by transfer to the specified “Beza” bank account. The Buyer may exchange for an item that is currently available for sale in the “Beza” online store assortment.
The Customer shall pay the transportation/shipping costs of exchanged or returned goods.
The Customer expresses a request to return the product by e-mail: administracija@beza.lt, by sending a completed and signed scanned "Return Form" (which you can print HERE ) or by sending it together with a registered parcel.
If the buyer, when purchasing the product, used the opportunity to pick up the product at the "Beza" salon, he can deliver the returned product to the salon himself, during the salon's working hours. In all cases, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product that occurs due to actions that are not necessary to determine the properties and quality of the product.
After the return, the money will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
