Use

PREKIŲ KEITIMAS IR GRĄŽINIMAS
„Beža Familia“ prekių keitimo ir grąžinimo procedūrą nustato remdamasi Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos direktyva 97/7/EB dėl vartotojų apsaugos, susijusios su nuotolinės prekybos sutartimis, Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.366 str. „Daiktų pardavimas pagal sutartis, sudaromas naudojant ryšio priemones“, Lietuvos Respublikos ūkio ministro 2001 m. rugpjūčio 17 d. įsakymu Nr. 258 patvirtintomis Daiktų pardavimo ir paslaugų teikimo, kai sutartys sudaromos naudojant ryšio priemones, taisyklėmis.“.
Remiantis nurodytais dokumentais Klientas per 14 darbo dienų po prekių perdavimo dienos turi teisę grąžinti internetinėje parduotuvėje „Beža“ įsigytą kokybišką prekę (-es) bei atgauti už ją (-as) sumokėtus pinigus arba pakeisti prekę (-es) kitais analogiškais produktais.
Keičiamos arba grąžinamos prekės turi atitikti šiuos reikalavimus:
- Prekės pakuotė negali būti pažeista, pati prekė negali būti sugadinta ar naudota;
- Prekė turi būti pateikta originalioje gamintojo pakuotėje ir nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos;
- Prekė turi likti su visomis gamintojo etiketėmis;
Remiantis aukščiau išdėstytais dokumentais, apatinis trikotažas nėra keičiamas ar grąžinamas.
Prekės grąžinimo eiga:
- Keičiama arba grąžinama prekė turi būti pristatyta adresu Sporto g. 8, Vilnius. Siųsti galima kurjeriu, paštu arba pristatyti patiems darbo valandomis nurodytu adresu.
- Kartu su grąžinama preke turi būti pateiktas “Prekės keitimo ar grąžinimo prašymas” ir pirkimą parduotuvėje „Beža“ įrodantis dokumentas (PVM sąskaita faktūra ar Kasos pajamų orderis).
- „Beža“ administratorius gavęs keičiamą ar grąžinamą prekę per 10 darbo dienų įsipareigoja informuoti klientą, ar prekė atitiko keitimo/grąžinimo kriterijus. Jei keičiama/grąžinama prekė atitinka šiuos kriterijus, „Beža“ administratorius įsipareigoja pakeisti prekę arba grąžinti už ją sumokėtus pinigus.
- Tais atvejais, kai prekės yra keičiamos, „Beža“ įsipareigoja keičiamą prekę pakeisti į bet kurią kitą prekę (-es), kurios (-ių) vertė neviršyja keičiamos prekės. Jei keitimo metu susidaro kainų skirtumas, Klientas privalo sumokėti kainų skirtumą. Kainų skirtumas yra sumokamas pavedimu į nurodytą „Beža“ banko sąskaitą. Pirkėjas gali keisti į prekę, kuri einamuoju momentu yra pateikta pardavimui „Beža“ internetinės parduotuvės asortimente.
- Keičiamų ar grąžinamų prekių transportavimo/siuntimo išlaidas apmoka Klientas.
Pageidavimą grąžinti prekę Klientas pareiškia el. paštu: administracija@beza.lt, išsiųsdamas užpildytą ir pasirašytą skanuotą „Grąžinimo formą” (kurią gali atsispausdinti ČIA) arba išsiųsdamas kartu su registruota siunta.
Jei pirkėjas, įsigydamas prekę, pasinaudojo galimybe atsiimti prekę „Beža“ salone, jis gali pats pristatyti grąžinamą prekę į saloną, salono darbo valandomis. Visais atvejais klientas atsako už prekės vertės sumažėjimą, atsiradusį dėl veiksmų, nebūtinų prekės savybėms ir kokybei nustatyti.
Po grąžinimo per 14 d.d. atgal į Jūsų sąskaitą bus grąžinami pinigai.
