4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and the procedure established in other information sections of the online store.

4.2. The Buyer has the right to return goods by notifying the Seller by completing the return form by email at administracija@beza.lt, indicating the product they wish to return and its order number, or by submitting a clear free-form statement no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item, except in cases where the goods cannot be returned under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This right may only be exercised by a Buyer who is considered a consumer under Lithuanian law, i.e. a natural person who enters into or seeks to enter into contracts for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft, or profession. The Buyer must send the goods back to the Seller without delay and no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the notice of withdrawal from the agreement to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

4.3. The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Terms only if the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not substantially changed, and it has not been used.

4.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.

5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.

5.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the Seller’s online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the online store.

5.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding the personal information provided in the order form.

5.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer within the term established in these Terms.

6. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, and terms

6.1. In the online store, the Buyer may shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6.2. The online store agreement comes into force from the moment the Seller, having received the order, confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Buyer.

6.3. Product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.

6.4. The Buyer may pay for goods:

6.4.1. In our online store, you can pay using a newer and safer payment method — KLIX. This is a payment method created by Citadele Bank, ensuring the security of your data and money. KLIX offers the option to pay by card, directly from a bank account, and in instalments after receiving a loan offer.

KLIX Pay by card — the option to pay with VISA and Mastercard cards. When making a payment for the first time, the Buyer may agree in the payment form that their card details will be saved in the KLIX app. If you agree to save your card details, the next time you shop on any website with KLIX, you will be able to pay faster, as your card details will already be automatically filled in. The KLIX card payment system complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

KLIX payments from a bank account — a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay for online purchases. To make a payment, select your bank, log in, and confirm the payment. KLIX is a secure bank payment initiator providing services under European Union Directive 2007/64/EC on payment services (PSD 1).

KLIX Pay Later gives online store customers the opportunity to buy today and pay for purchases later. Financing conditions when buying in instalments with KLIX:

  • Contract conclusion takes only a few minutes;
  • Financing is available for a product or shopping cart value from €70 to €7,000;
  • Purchase goods now and split the order amount into equal monthly payments;
  • Make a purchase with or without an initial payment.

When purchasing goods in instalments, you immediately become the owner of the product. By choosing KLIX Pay Later, online store visitors can receive offers from KLIX partners — creditors — compare them, choose the most suitable offer, and remotely sign a purchase-in-instalments loan agreement.

The Buyer transfers money to the online store’s settlement account. Responsibility for data security in this case lies with the relevant bank, as all monetary transactions take place in the bank’s electronic banking system.

6.4.2. By pro forma invoice — the Buyer is given the opportunity to pay by bank transfer to the Seller’s account indicated in the pro forma VAT invoice sent to the Buyer, specifying the order number or invoice number assigned to the Buyer in the payment purpose.

6.4.3. In cash or by bank card at the Beža Japanese Clinic salon, Sporto g. 8, Vilnius, when collecting the order.

  • Standard price for LP Express parcel locker service: €1.75.

7.1.2. Home delivery. Goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller’s authorized representative, the courier. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery location. • Once the Seller has prepared the goods for collection, the Buyer is informed by email and/or SMS message and/or phone call that the goods are ready for collection. We will wait for your arrival for 30 calendar days. After this period, the order will be cancelled and the ordered goods will return to stock.
  • Usually, the order preparation notification is sent within 1 hour.
  • Ownership of the goods, when collected in-store, passes to the Buyer from the moment the Seller hands over the goods to the Buyer.
  • When collecting the goods in-store, the Buyer must present a valid identity document.
  • Only the Buyer may collect the goods. If another person collects the goods, that person must be indicated as the recipient when ordering the goods.

7.2. The Seller delivers goods to the Buyer within 1–4 business days within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. This term is preliminary and does not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of ordered goods. The Buyer also agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery conditions.

7.3. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

This must be done in the presence of the courier. If the Buyer does not inspect the packaging, the completeness, assortment, or quantity of delivered goods, and/or does not indicate these defects in the delivery document provided by the courier, the parcel is considered to have been delivered properly and without damage.

9. Return and exchange of goods

9.1. Money for returned goods, including delivery costs paid by the Buyer, is refunded no later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller receives the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the agreement referred to in Clause 4.2 of the Terms. When refunding all amounts paid to the Buyer, the Seller uses the same payment method used by the Buyer to pay the Seller, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to another method and provided that the Buyer does not incur any additional costs.

9.2. If the Buyer wishes to return quality goods pursuant to Clause 8.1 of the Terms, they may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller in accordance with the conditions set out in the Product Return Rules.

9.4. When returning goods, the provisions specified in the Terms must be followed.

10. Liability of the Buyer and Seller

10.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed while using the beza.lt online store.

10.3. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, despite the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations, did not familiarize themselves with these Terms, although they were given such an opportunity.

Product warranty

The Seller confirms that it is responsible for the sale of goods ordered in the Store, proper delivery of purchased goods, product quality, proper fulfilment of return conditions, and implementation of other rights and obligations of the Seller provided for by legal acts.

The Buyer may make claims regarding assortment discrepancies, such as missing parts or color/shade discrepancies, in accordance with Articles 6.331–6.632 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania within a reasonable period. A claim regarding product quality may be submitted by the Buyer within 2 years from the date of receipt of the product, under the statutory warranty, unless the Seller sets a longer warranty period for a specific product, known as a commercial warranty. If a commercial warranty applies to a specific product, the Seller indicates this in the product description in the online store.

In order to exercise the rights set out in this section, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the non-compliance of the product with quality requirements no later than within three months from the date of discovering the non-compliance.

In cases where, under legal acts, a specific shelf life or expiry period is established for certain goods, the Seller undertakes to clearly indicate the shelf life of such goods and to sell such goods to the Buyer in such a way that the Buyer is given a real opportunity to use them before the end of the shelf life.

Product return procedure

After receiving the product for exchange or return, the “Beža” administrator undertakes to inform the customer within 10 business days whether the product meets the exchange/return criteria. If the product being exchanged or returned meets these criteria, the “Beža” administrator undertakes to exchange the product or refund the money paid for it.

In cases where goods are exchanged, “Beža” undertakes to replace the product being exchanged with any other product or products whose value does not exceed the value of the product being exchanged. If a price difference arises during the exchange, the Customer must pay the difference. The price difference is paid by bank transfer to the specified “Beža” bank account. The Buyer may exchange the product for any product currently available for sale in the assortment of the “Beža” online store.

In the case of returning goods due to improper quality, transportation/shipping costs are paid by the Seller.

The Customer expresses the wish to return a product by email at administracija@beza.lt by sending a completed and signed scanned “Return Form” (which can be printed HERE) or by sending it together with the registered parcel.

If the Buyer, when purchasing the product, used the option to collect the product at the “Beža” salon, they may deliver the returned product to the salon in person during the salon’s working hours.

In all cases, the Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from actions that were not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and quality of the product.

When a potentially defective product is returned:

After the return, or after receiving evidence from the Buyer that the product was sent back within 14 business days, the money will be refunded to your account.
