What makes Hokkaido collagen unique?
Hokkaido Collagen Premium is made in Japan according to strict quality control standards. It has been granted Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate No. 167-B01-02 by the Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association (JHNFA), ensuring the safety of the product’s manufacturing process.
The Japanese used patented enzymatic hydrolysis technology to create a unique collagen that is unheated and hydrolysed — broken down into smaller peptides and peptide chains. This biologically available marine collagen is easily absorbed by the body.

You can shop as a guest or as a registered user. Choose your delivery and payment method, then click “Pay.”

Can I remove products from the cart?
Yes. In the cart, click the “Delete” button next to the product name.
Can I shop without an account?
Yes. You can purchase products as a guest.
How can I cancel or modify an order?

How do I know if my purchase was successful?
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided.
If you do not receive the confirmation, please check whether your email address was entered correctly and whether the email went to your Spam/Junk folder.

I haven’t received the order confirmation email.

I entered an incorrect phone number in my order. Can I change it?
If you entered an incorrect phone number, the courier will not be able to contact you about the delivery. If you selected parcel locker pick-up, you will not receive the SMS with the locker door code.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue.
I received the wrong products. What should I do?

How long does delivery take?
In Lithuania, the delivery time depends on the selected delivery method. However, we always aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so most orders arrive within 2–4 business days.
International delivery time:
Baltic States (LV, EE): ~2–4 business days
Poland (PL): ~5–7 business days
Scandinavia (DK, NO, SE): ~7–10 business days
Finland: ~7–10 business days
Other European countries: ~10–15 business days
USA: ~2–4+ weeks

Why haven’t I received my parcel yet?
Most orders reach customers within 2–4 business days. During promotional periods, order processing may take longer.
