FEALENA Ankle Support. Japanese ankle socks coated with ionized minerals

USE AND SHAPE

The garment fits around the ankle and foot-arch area, leaving the heel open. One size is intended for feet approximately 22–25 cm long. Supplied as 1 pair.

FABRIC AND COATING

The main fabric is nylon and polyurethane. The inner mineral print uses alumina and silica.

WEARING

Can be worn during everyday activities, over thin socks or tights. Can also be worn during sleep. Assess suitability by fit and personal comfort.

CARE

Wash gently following the instructions in the usage section. Incorrect washing may damage the fabric or mineral print.

THE EVERYDAY COMFORT IDEA
FEALENA’s “longevity” philosophy is associated with small daily choices and comfortable contact with the body. These ankle supports are designed for a gentle feeling of ankle support and pleasant warmth without restricting movement. They are useful during everyday activities when you want a comfortable fit and a less tired feeling in the legs.

How to put it on

Put it on like a sock. Leave the heel open: the longer section should face the ankle and the shorter section the foot arch.

Washing

Hand washing with gentle squeezing is recommended. Do not soak or rub vigorously. For machine washing, use a laundry bag, a gentle cycle and a temperature no higher than 30°C. Wash separately with neutral detergent. Do not use bleach or optical brighteners.

Drying

Smooth out creases and dry naturally in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not leave wet for long periods, as the colour may change or transfer.

Important: incorrect washing may cause the mineral print / coating to peel or damage the garment.

Main fabric: nylon, polyurethane. Print/coating materials: aluminum oxide (alumina), silicon dioxide (silica).

Notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase of non-faulty goods within 14 calendar days of receipt; you then have a further 14 days to send or hand them back. If one order arrives separately, the notice period starts after the last item is received.

A clear email to administracija@beza.lt is sufficient, or submit a request in your account if available for the order. A particular form or reason for returning non-faulty goods is not required.

Goods may be examined carefully and briefly tried on where no lawful hygiene exception applies. Necessary packaging opening is not by itself a reason to refuse a return. Wearing, washing, contamination or unnecessary damage may cause evidenced diminished value. An exchange requires mutual agreement and stock availability and does not replace a lawful refund.

The buyer pays direct return shipping for non-faulty goods if informed before purchase. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods follow a separate procedure.

Before sending goods back: coordinate the return with our administration. If possible, email photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. The assessment is preliminary and does not restrict statutory rights or extend the dispatch deadline. You do not need to duplicate an account request by email.
