TWO-SIDED FABRIC AND ITS PURPOSE
Natural silk and microfibre surfaces are combined in one towel. Silk provides smooth, gentle contact, while microfibre absorbs moisture. Together, they offer convenient drying for hair, face and body.

WHY LESS FRICTION MATTERS
The smooth silk surface helps reduce mechanical friction. This is particularly useful with wet hair when you want to limit tangling and avoid unnecessary mechanical damage. Gentle contact also suits skin that you want to dry without rough rubbing.

GRADE 6A AND 19 MOMME
The silk side is made from 100% natural Mulberry silk. It uses grade 6A raw silk and a 19 momme fabric. Raw-silk quality document: “Certificate for Raw Silk – Classification and Conditioned Weight”, Zhejiang Academy of Science and Technology for Inspection and Quarantine. The 19 momme fabric combines smoothness and softness with a density suited to everyday use.

PRACTICAL MICROFIBRE
The microfibre side absorbs moisture effectively. The lightweight, quick-drying fabric is convenient for a daily beauty ritual after washing your hair, cleansing your face or showering.

JAPANESE ATTENTION TO DETAIL
LAYLASILK's idea is to make a towel that touches skin and hair every day both gentle and practical. Stitching the two different fabrics together combines the feel of natural silk with microfibre absorbency.

CARE
Washing and drying instructions are provided in Usage.

Washing: wash at up to 30 °C by hand or on a gentle silk cycle, using a laundry bag. Use a neutral-pH detergent suitable for silk, without enzymes or bleach. Do not use fabric softener, rub vigorously or twist to wring out. Do not tumble dry; allow to dry naturally in the shade.

International delivery

Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected destination country and are displayed after entering the delivery address.

Standard delivery:

• Baltic countries (Latvia and Estonia): approximately 2–4 business days
• Poland: approximately 5–7 business days
• Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway and Sweden): approximately 7–10 business days
• Finland: approximately 7–10 business days
• Other European countries: approximately 10–15 business days
• USA: approximately 7–16 business days
• Other countries: approximately 2–3 weeks or longer

DHL Express delivery:

• Europe, USA and United Kingdom: approximately 1–2 business days
• Free delivery on orders of €185 (US$231) or more

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional import duties and other local taxes, which are payable by the customer.

Delivery prices within Lithuania

• Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an LP Express parcel locker costs €1.75.
• For orders under €100, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs €2.90.
• Delivery by Omniva courier costs €3.50.
• Collection from the Beža Familia salon is free of charge. The salon is located at Sporto St. 8, Vilnius.

Delivery within Lithuania

Orders are delivered throughout Lithuania within 2–4 business days.

Orders selected for collection from the salon can normally be collected on the day after the order is placed. We will always contact you by email or phone when your order is ready.

You may be asked to present a valid identity document when collecting your order.

Notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase of non-faulty goods within 14 calendar days of receipt; you then have a further 14 days to send or hand them back. If one order arrives separately, the notice period starts after the last item is received.

A clear email to administracija@beza.lt is sufficient, or submit a request in your account if available for the order. A particular form or reason for returning non-faulty goods is not required.

Goods may be examined carefully and briefly tried on where no lawful hygiene exception applies. Necessary packaging opening is not by itself a reason to refuse a return. Wearing, washing, contamination or unnecessary damage may cause evidenced diminished value. An exchange requires mutual agreement and stock availability and does not replace a lawful refund.

The buyer pays direct return shipping for non-faulty goods if informed before purchase. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods follow a separate procedure.

Before sending goods back: coordinate the return with our administration. If possible, email photographs of the goods, labels and packaging. The assessment is preliminary and does not restrict statutory rights or extend the dispatch deadline. You do not need to duplicate an account request by email.
