This is not another capsule with dried powder. It is a unique multi-strain formula of viable bacteria, naturally fermented for 3 years by a Japanese microbiologist .

What is special about the Dr.OHHIRA ^® formula?

Fermented for 3 years, the Dr.OHHIRA ^® product contains as many as 12 types of viable lacto and bifido bacteria (English PRO biotics) belonging to the Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and S.thermophilus families.
The fermented mass also contains fiber substances ( pre biotics) from 15 different plants ( fruits, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, seaweed) , which create favorable conditions for the nutrition of the intestinal microbiota.
During 3 years of fermentation, more than 400 biogenic metabolites (English POST biotics) - organic and amino acids, antioxidants, short-chain fatty acids, polyphenols, etc. are formed in the mass due to bacterial metabolism.

Consumption

For adults and children (from 3 years old, due to the risk of choking), it is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day, with water, preferably in the evening, after a meal. Do not chew the capsules. Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
